Pharma data is sensitive. Upvero was built with that in mind from day one.
Hosted in the EU
All data is stored in a data center in Frankfurt, Germany. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Two-step sign-in
Admins must use a password and an Authenticator code. Recovery via backup codes.
PIN & Face ID
The app locks every time it opens and unlocks with a PIN or Face ID / fingerprint. After 5 failed attempts, a password is required.
Daily backups
The database is backed up automatically every day.
Your data doesn't train AI
Your data is never used to train AI models. Doctor names are sent to AI as codes; phone numbers and birthdays are never sent.
Strict access control
Each company's data is isolated; reps, team leads, PMs and admins see only what they're permitted to. Rules are enforced in the database itself.
Audit log
Quotas, sales, prescriptions, approvals and user changes — who changed what, and when — are recorded in a tamper-proof log.
Lost devices
An admin can end all of a user's sessions in one click; copies stored on the phone and notifications stop.
